      The CSB will hold a public meeting in Jacksonville, Florida to release the final report into the December 19, 2007 fire and explosion at T2 Laboratories that killed four people and injured 32 others.

    • Imperial Sugar Public Meeting

      A CSB public meeting to release the final report into the February 7, 2008, explosion and fire at the Imperial Sugar refinery northwest of Savannah, Georgia. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Hilton Savannah Desoto, located at 15 East Liberty Street. The meeting is free and open to the public. The accident caused 14 deaths and injured 38 others, including 14 with serious and life-threatening burns. The explosion was fueled by massive accumulations of combustible sugar dust throughout th
